Just as the Apostle Paul says in Romans 1.14-15, “I am under obligation both to Greeks and to barbarians, both to the wise and to the foolish. So I am eager to preach the gospel to you also who are in Rome”, we feel compelled and obligated to live in and minister to the people of East Vancouver: those with high and low incomes, who are educated and uneducated. Vancouver is a cultural melting pot and we long to plant a church that represents and celebrates the diversity of the city.
As an apprentice, I have had the privilege of ministering alongside Bindu at The Life Centre and Kris at Reality Vancouver, the faith community that we will plant out of in the coming months.
Please pray for us as we seek to be a part of Jesus’ redemptive work in the city, for the sake of the city and the glory of God.
