Lee & Ilona Francois - Lead Pastor
Lee & Ilona have been married for 15 years and live in South Surrey with their 4 children – Josh, Ben, Hannah and Rachel. Before embarking on this adventure of church planting in Surrey, Lee spent 12 and a half years on staff at Willingdon Church in Burnaby. Lee loves spending time with his wife and kids, reading, running, road trips to California, and enjoying a Grande 5 pump, no water, non-fat, extra hot Tazo Chai from Starbucks. Above all, Lee loves Jesus and is passionate about bringing glory to His name. Lee and Ilona could not be more excited about this opportunity to join with their friends to plant a strong, gospel-centered church in Surrey.
Andy & Niki Frew - Associate Pastor
Andy currently serves as associate pastor, overseeing music, media and communication. He and Niki, have lived in Surrey since ’02. Before planting Crossridge, Andy served as a worship and college pastor at Willingdon Church in Burnaby. Prior to that, the Frews lived in Hope, BC, (Niki’s hometown) while working with youth at Grace Baptist Church, and in the great state of Kentucky where Andy was pursuing ministry training. Surrey has been “home” to Andy since 1992 when his family moved from, Stouffville, Ontario.
They’re thrilled to be part of a team with the mission to make a difference in the name of Jesus in a great city with a great need. The Frews have been married since May of ’98 and have 3 children, Kaleb, Makenna and Jorja.

Crossridge Church meet Sunday mornings at 10:00 in historic downtown Cloverdale at the Clova Cinema and the Cloverdale Learning Centre.
There’s street parking right on 176st and the surrounding roads. You can also find parking in the lot behind the Clova, just off of 176a, between 57ave and 58ave.
