Gateway’s vision statement is “helping people transform into Jesus worshipers.” Gateway believes that everyone is on a spiritual journey and we are excited about inviting others to discover an incredible life which is centered on Jesus. Gateway is excited about practically addressing needs and seeing God move in a mighty way in Port Alberni.
Church Prayer Requests
Answered Prayer & Praise:
- Praise God for the Christmas Community Dinner that we hosted on Dec. 12.
- Praise God for a new opportunity to share the good news of Jesus with Port Alberni.
- Praise God for the start of three “Life Groups” this January.
- Praise God for the baptism of Judah Roberston on Dec. 13
- Praise God for the support and affirmation of Church Planting B.C.
Prayer Requests:.
- Pray that God will provide financially for Gateway as we reach out to share the good news of Jesus in 2010
- Pray for energy and vision for the children’s ministry of Gateway.
- Pray for strong friendships to be build in the weekly small group meetings.
- Pray for the new contacts that were made at the Christmas dinner
