Interested in Church Planting?
If you are sensing a call to plant a church, then we invite you to explore the next steps together with us. We will join you in discerning your gifts and abilities, and help you to figure out if you have the skills needed to plant a church.
However, the first thing we will invite you to do is to pray. Take some time for prayer and fasting and ask the Lord what He would have you do. If you sense that the Lord is calling you to plant a church, then contact us and we will be happy to meet with you and begin the discernment process.
A major part of our philosophy of church planting is the “Spirit-Led” dimension of our core values. We fully believe that in God’s sovereign timing and plan, He will call the right people into church-planting, AND He will also provide the resources needed for the building of His church.
Because of our commitment to be totally Spirit-Led in our process, we have determined that our only recruitment strategy is to pray the Lord of the Harvest to send out the workers He needs! Because of that commitment, we will never “tap the shoulder” of a leader and suggest they plant a church. In fact, we say “no” to far more candidates than we approve! We are committed to discerning with you God’s best for your life – so if you sense a call to explore church planting – we put the ball back in your court to make the first contact!
